Fort Worth, Texas – September 1, 2026 − TTI IP&E, a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, was proud to announce the winners of the annual Supplier Excellence Awards for performance in 2025, and recognize them at the industry-wide Electronics Distribution Show in Las Vegas, NV.
“This program highlights outstanding operational performance and a dedication to quality and continuous improvement, and we are grateful to our suppliers for continuing to rise to the occasion and exceed our standards,” said Rene Aelvoet, Vice President, Passive and Discrete Product Management & Product Operations. “This year we are pleased to recognize seven suppliers: Bourns, KOA, Harwin, Molex, Taiyo Yuden, Vishay and Yageo.”
The 15th annual Global Operations Excellence Award, which recognizes a supplier who performs consistently among the three TTI regions, the Americas, Europe and Asia, along with the highest cumulative score globally. Five suppliers qualified, including KOA, Molex, Vishay and Yageo, but Bourns has been awarded the honor for 2025.
For the second year in a row, Bourns and KOA have earned the Platinum level, respectively, achieving high scores across multiple categories, including quality and operations standards.
The Supplier Excellence program at TTI seeks to measure and reward quality performance from suppliers, tracking stats that include on-time delivery, receiving quality, customer-reported quality, administrative quality, operations, business systems and support for sales and management. “We want to thank our supplier partners for their unwavering commitment to excellence and their partnership,” said Aelvoet. “We look forward to another successful year of improvements in 2026.”
